This is a PLAYER's ENTRY TICKET for the Warhammer Old World event at BelCon 25-1, to be held Sunday 15 March 2025 at Belconnen Raiders Club in Holt, ACT.

PLAYER'S PACK:
1500 points
3 games. Includes two objective games and one pitched battle.
Army lists from all Warhammer; The Old World and legacy lists are acceptable. Latest FAQ and Errata will be used if need be.
9am start after signing into the Club (no later than 9:30) we plan to be finished by 4:30pm. Games will have a 2 hour limit that will include set up, exchange of lists, rolloin spells etc.
Rules adjustments
Captured unit Standards will not count towards victory points. Army Battle Standards will still count towards VP per the TOW rules.
Supporting attacks from models not in base to base contact in the front rank of a unit are to be at the maximum of 10 infantry models or cavalry models and 6 for monstrous infantry and cavalry.
Army composition
One 'Lord level' characters (2-3 wounds above the basic unit type)
No more then 450 points on characters (30%)
No Behemoths
Wizards limited to level 3
No more then 4 levels/spells of magic for each army (e.g One level 1, 1 Level 2 and 1 ruby ing ruin)
No more than 2 units of the same type
Only 1 rare unit per army
Notes on Format and Army composition
This is a friendly event. There are no prizes other than being a good loser or winner.
Your force is part of a greater army. You have access to plenty of units but won't have much in the way of heavy hitters or multiple 'good' units. 1500 points allows for a good chance of finishing 3 games over the day.
Limiting characters, wizards and behemoths will provide for a game's that will have more of a rank and file aesthetic of classic Oldhammer. You'll be able to run units and less mighty characters that don't usually get a run at competitive events. We want to see command models in your armies hence neutering VPs for unit standards. You can still run lines for units but obviously we're not encouraging how it's usually abused.
REFUNDS:
If the event is cancelled by the venue or due to health restrictions, a refund of the ticket price will be given once the venue hire has been refunded to us by the Club.
If you get a ticket and later find you can't make it, you'll get a refund of your ticket price if:
(a) you cancel at least a week out from the event, or
(b) we have sufficient remaining participants to cover the venue costs.
Note that any refund will be for the ticket price only. The added payment costs associated with payment via Stripe or PayPal are not refundable (greedy buggers keep it, even if the transaction is later reversed). So please pay via EFT/bank transfer, which has no added payment costs.
